RIVERS OF
LIGHT IN CORPORATE LIFE
In this case, the visual geometry is less obvious, more
subtle. Rather than literal or pictorial representations of
geometry, we see the effects. To give but a very few
examples, we can look at balance and imbalance, vertical,
horizontal and diagonal alignments, triangular structures
and circles of relationship.
I worked in organizations for a long time - mostly
corporate but also a fair amount in non-profits, education
and ngos (international development) - before the stones
and art came into my life. I was not always happy and often
did not see the Rivers of Light for sure!
What I see now is that when the same universal principles
used in designing the stones creations - including
geometry, color, frequency, tone, number, shape, harmonic,
and element - are present and/or when they are applied in
organizational life, the same beauty can result. In other
words, once again, when we do the "math," beauty results.
